How are the services coordinated by CSM covered?
CSM and all providers affiliated screen all billing and insurance queries prior to a patient receiving services. Therefore, if any “out of pocket” charges are anticipated, the responsible party is notified ahead of time for approval. Services will not be provided until approval is received from the responsible party.
How can CSM benefit a long term care facility?
We believe that your time is valuable. Because of that, CSM will gather all family consents and distribute all other information needed to each provider chosen by your facility. CSM will also schedule providers according to the best time frame for you.
In what states does CSM coordinate services?
Currently CSM operates in the states of Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia. Please check back as new states are added periodically. If you are located outside of the states mentioned above and would be interested in working with CSM, please contact us “here”.
